The European casual wear brand Springfield has launched its Spring-Summer collection for Men and Women. The collection draws inspiration from a fusion of elements brought together to create a highly personalised style & is guaranteed to delight consumers.
What 'Men' could look out for: RESORT – This collection draws reference to the navy and reminds one of the Riviera. Bold colours like red, white, blue and yellow are used here along with graphics.
PARADISE – This collection promises to take one to a remote paradise - distant beaches and bays, to the land of the lost surfers. It comprises Bermudas from aged cotton and linen fabrics, casual and lightweight jackets and blue denim jeans
MODERNIST HEROES – The collection is for those who enjoy innovation but want to stick to their casual, laidback style and is for the 'street heroes'.
It comprises a fine line featuring two-tone stripes and checks, all-over motifs and simple messages. Colours to look out for are - tones such as light grey and white, with touches of acid yellow, pale turquoise or lime green.
The street heroes have dresses in bold contrasting colours, straight out of a comic strip. Depicting street chic, SPF style street wear has large 80s style letters and a touch of neon for that futuristic look.
What 'Women' could look out for: HIPPIE POETRY - Inspired by the 70's, this collection has floral prints and paisleys giving a Hippie feel. A-shapes and vampire sleeves, big volumes for tops and dresses, extra long skirts and maxi dresses, embroideries and borders give it a feminine touch.
DEAUVILLE - Inspired from the natural beauty of the fisherman's daughter, this collection has a very fresh look. Creative use of stripes in different variations mixed with mille fleur prints creates a peppy fresh look.
