Europe limits imports of Chinese leather shoes

More and more Chinese shoe manufacturers intend to open their own shops in European countries as these countries have started restricting imports of Chinese leather shoes by imposing high custom duties.

On April 7, 2006, European countries began to limit Chinese leather shoes.

In reaction to this, Chinese exporters said they could not bear high custom duties and hence they had to increase price of leather shoes.

During Chinese Export Commodity Exposition, which was held on April 15th, in Guangzhou, the price of all leather shoes has been increased a little.
