Quality of leather shoes has been questioned by Quality Detection Bureau of China as it found several fake brands of leather shoes sold in local markets.
Bureau warned customers to check for quality of shoes prior to their purchase particularly during the hloidays in the month of May.
A customer complained that after three days of purchasing a pair of shoes, their quality deteriorated.
Quality of leather shoes is burning issue in China as only 30 percent of shoe production undergoes quality checks.
Bureau also advised customers to get bills when they purchase them.
