EU is to increase duties on some Chinese leather shoes from 4.8 to 9.7 percent next month.
Shoe manufacturers are to react against this move by filing a lawsuit against EU. For this, a union of shoe enterprises will go to Europe on July 20.
The union has hired a legal advisor and lawyers in Europe to fight anti-dumping case.
It will be the third time union is contesting against EU. The result will come out before October 7 in this year.
