David Smaha buys Etonic shoe factory

Portland based developer, David Smaha has purchased former Etonic shoe factory for $350,000 in Richmond town.
David owns commercial and office property in Portland, Scarborough, Windham and Falmouth.
Authority of Richmond town had purchased the factory for $550,000 of which $400,000 had been received as economic development grant.
