Foreign Ministry (FM) once again stressed that Vietnam has been unfairly accused of dumping leather capped shoes in the EU markets.
Le Dung, spokesman insisted innocence responding to the European Commission's (EC) latest proposal to force 10 percent duty on leather capped shoe imports from Vietnam.
Dung backed Vietnam's standby saying, "As far as I know, the EC's proposal has been rejected by many EU member countries."
He explained that this move would protect EU's incompetent domestic producers but harm bigger firms significantly.
