As per data provided by Brazilian Association of Shoe Manufacturers (Abicalçados), 26 Brazilian companies that participated at GDS shoe fair in Germany have bagged deal worth US $15.3 million, an increase of 44.34 percent compared to previous year's edition.
The association has projected that by next year, business is expected to reach $37 million which will an outright surge of 15 percent compared to the same period in September, 2005 edition.
The participation from Brazilian companies in the fair was part of the of Brazilian Footwear program by Abicalçados.
