EU has decided to impose 16.5 percent of anti-dumping duty on Chinese shoes for 2 years.
The Shoe Industry Chamber of Commerce in Sichuan province has condemned it and expressed there was no rationale to such an act.
Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong province along with shoe manufacturers will possibly take the matter in Court against EU.
Sichuan Chamber had approached the purchasers in Europe. They have on the one side aspired of their good quality brands and on the other hand, they have tried to lodge complaint bringing anti-dumping duty.
Thus the manufacturers seek sharing equally losses or profits by both the parties mutually.
During the Germany GDS shoe exposition last month, the shoe exporters in Sichuan province have contacted new buyers and have planned to shift sales to South Africa and East Asian markets.
