Last year, Combine Working Clothes began construction of Uchalinsky Garment Factory, a two-storey building with a total area of 1,300 sq metres. It took less than a year for the construction and the factory was ready by end of May 2014. The investment amounted to 50 million rubles.

For the construction of the garment factory, pre-fabricated steel structures were used, the advantage of which is that construction could be carried on at any time of the year. In the new factory building, cutting and preparation would be carried out on the ground floor while stitching would be done on the first floor.
