Reacting to Prime Minister Hun Sen's plea, a garment manufacturing unit allowed 22 suspended workers to resume their duties, a workers leader informed.
The Premier, while speaking at an occasion, asked the factory owners to allow the suspended workers to return to their work. The workers were suspended by the factory owners as they had taken part in a major strike held in September.
A unionist working at the factory, informed that the factory authorities have forwarded him a letter mentioning that he, along with other 21 suspended workers can resume their duty.
