Japanese firm to set up apparel unit in Ishwardi EPZ

Nakano International Company, a Japanese firm will establish an apparel producing unit at the Export Processing Zone of Ishwardi in Bangladesh.

The company is going to invest more than Tk 630 million for the unit. The unit will manufacture denim, cotton pants and apparel items for kids and women.

The firm will also provide employment to 1,570 people including five nationals from foreign countries.
