A 400,000 suits per annum plant will be operational in the third quarter of 2012 in Vietnam.
Hoa Tho Textile and Garment JSC has begun work on the plant at a cots of VND86 billion (US$4 million) will be located in Da Nang City.
This plant which will produce high-value suits will have an output of 400,000 suits and will begin production from the third quarter of the current year.
