Garnet International Ltd has informed that the subsidiary of the Company, Sukartik Clothing Pvt. Ltd. has started its commercial production.
Sukartik Clothing Pvt. Ltd. (SCPL) is manufacturing seamless garments - starting from seamless knitting, garment dyeing, processing and stitching.
During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010, Garnet International Limited undertook activities pertaining to construction and/or dealing in real estate. Principal products of the Company include dealing in shares and securities and making investments. In September 2010, the Company invested in 51% equity shares of paid up equity capital of Sukartik Clothing Pvt. Ltd.
