Belgium headquartered producer of personal hygiene products Ontex Group NV has completed the acquisition of the personal hygiene business of Hypermarcas S.A. HM Personal Hygiene is the market leader in the adult incontinence category, while also holding number three position in babycare in Brazil, the fourth largest hygiene market in the world.
