The designer brand was originally founded in France around 40 years ago, and has since grown to become a leading children's clothing brand across Europe and the Middle East, operating via a highly successful home catalogue network and a number of high street stores in Europe.
Vertbaudet forms part of the Redcats Group, alongside other leading brands such as La Redoute and Daxon. The Redcats Group is a member of the global PPR Group, together with a number of luxury brands that include Stella McCartney, Yves Saint Laurent and Gucci.
