Stio (pronounced stee-oh), the new apparel and accessories brand founded by Cloudveil Mountain co-founder Stephen Sullivan, will unveil its first range of products in September this year.

The new brand will offer menswear, womenswear and children’s clothing, bags and accessories online, through catalogues and at its 1,200 sq ft flagship store to be opened in fall this year.

The Jackson-based company, set up in October 2011, already employs eight workers. Its products will include innerwear, outerwear, flannel shirts and jeans.

Stio apparels, while being able to withstand mountain rigors, would also be fashionable to be donned at social events.

Cloudveil Clothing Company, founded by Sullivan with Brian Cousins, was purchased by investors in 2010. Subsequently, the company’s Jackson offices and retail store were closed.

Stio is based in Jackson city in Wyoming, a state in the mountain region of the Western US. Wyoming is the 10th most extensive, but the least populous and the second least densely populated of the 50 US states.
