Puresweats launches men's sweatpants line

Puresweats, a Vancouver based apparel company, is promoting a new line of men’s sweatpants which encourages consumers to “wear them in public, without looking like you’ve given up,” a reference to iconic comedian Jerry Seinfeld and his character's observation in a Seinfeld episode regarding the traditional slovenly nature of sweatpants.

Unlike most Canadian apparel companies, Puresweats sweatpants are sewn in Canada and leverage the experience of a Vancouver family-owned factory which has produced garments for fashion retailers such as Aritzia and Plum, well-established Canadian fashion boutiques.

Each pair of sweatpants utilizes a soft, medium-heavy weight fleece which offers breathability throughout the seasons. They feature a slim-fit profile consistent with the modern world of fashion, as well as deep stretch side pockets. A faux fly is sewn on to offer men the ability to “conceal their assets” says Puresweats Owner Stefan Seah.
