The story behind LOVE QUOTES is as unique as the name itself. Phyllis Weiner the native New Yorker is the founder of the brand and is originally a qualified teacher who taught children for years together. After her stint in the fashion cities of Paris and London she returned to States and put her merchandising skills to use.
