After its last year’s release of a special lingerie line for the mastectomy survivors, Spain’s popular innerwear label Women’s Secret has once again joined hands with the famous Barcelona-based healthcare clinic Dexeus Women’s Health to launch a new swimwear range for the breast cancer survivors.

Named as Special Post-Surgery Swimwear, the collection includes nautical striped and polka dotted, thick strap-attached bikinis and swimsuits in shades of black, minty green and blue.

Designed to provide maximum comfort and protection to the wearer, the pieces come with a discreet enclosure for breast implants and a bow decorated higher breastplate that can conceal the difference in cup sizes.

In 2013, the Madrid-based innerwear specialist had introduced a collection of functional yet feminine bras with a special lining to support silicone prosthesis. Replete with wider straps, the colourful soft fabric made 4-piece seamless ensembles also included matching briefs.

Founded in 1993, Women’s Secret specializes in a range of lingerie, shapewear, nightwear, casualwear and fashion accessories. The firm operates more than 520 stores in over 40 countries.

Mastectomy or breast removal surgery is a medical procedure meant for women suffering from breast cancer.
