Avgol expands with A Celli lamination line in North Carolina

The turnkey lamination line supplied by A.Celli reaches the expected goals and further expands Avgol’s nonwoven composite capabilities.

As part of the investment for the new nonwovens production line at its facility in Mocksville, NC, Avgol, an Indorama Ventures company, relied on A.Celli for the supply of a cutting-edge F-LINE lamination line, and the solution delivered the expected performance with great satisfaction of both companies.

The A.Celli line can be used to produce 3-layer laminated nonwovens for a wide variety of applications, including uses for the medical and hygiene markets.

Thanks to notable features, such as the integration of the Nordson’s web inspection system and the implementation of automatic processes, the selected scope of supply allows Avgol to achieve extremely high-level standards in terms of finished product.

This state-of-the-art solution reflects Avgol’s focus on delivering excellence and pushing the boundaries of nonwoven manufacturing within a new market segment.
