BCNonwovens has acquired the shares of Atex USA, Inc. based in Gainesville GA from EOS Investment Management Group (EOS IM), the independent asset manager based in London, Luxemburg and Milan, Italy. Atex USA is specialty nonwovens producer servicing a variety of customers and end-uses in the USA and selected export markets.
