A.Celli's top performing spunmelt lines at ANEX event

A.Celli Nonwovens is going to participate to the forthcoming ANEX fair in Korea. The latest in the company's product developments will be presented at booth no. C16.

Regardless of being a western machinery manufacturer, A.Celli can report that much of its sales success has been in Asia over the last decade. Asia is therefore a very important market for the company and ANEX is recognized as the one of the major industry exhibitions in this geographic area.

ANEX will take place in June 2012.

A.Celli Nonwovens will be showcasing the new generation of winders and slitter-rewinders specially developed for top performing spunmelt lines at ANEX 2012. A.Celli Nonwovens is currently involved in 12 projects for the supply of winding and slitting equipment for capacity expansions in Asia. This is for the supply to leading multinational groups who are investing in Asia and leading independent roll goods producers local to Asia at sites in Korea, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Japan.

Anyone looking to increase the automation, control and efficiency of their production line is strongly recommended to make the most of being able to discuss the most suitable line configuration including a Slittopack packaging system. A.Celli Nonwovens roll handling and packaging systems are custom built to integrate into the specific environment and interact with the machinery within it. A.Celli Nonwovens has very rapidly established itself as a leading supplier of roll handling and packaging systems. The company has completed over 30 projects with 20 different customers in 10 countries since Slittopack was first introduced to the market in 2006, 10 of which have been for the Asian market.

To date, A.Celli has three references for its printing technology and considerable interest is also being shown from the Asian market. Testing with the customer's products and patterns is possible on the pilot UV Flexo printing line which is currently installed at the A.Celli Nonwovens Lab in Italy. As well as the UV Flexo Printing Technology, A.Celli Nonwovens also offers the technology for printing on nonwovens PP/PE, film using water based and solvent based inks.
