Emilia Peltola has been named as the vice president, corporate communications & IR at Suominen, supplier of nonwovens for wipes, hygiene products, and medical applications, as of February 11, 2019. She will be located in Helsinki, Finland and will report to the president and CEO (interim). She will succeed Anu Heinonen, who resigned in October 2018.
Before joining Suominen, Emilia Peltola has worked as director, external communications at Valmet, the leading global developer and supplier of technologies, automation, and services for the pulp, paper, and energy industries.
