Technical Fibre Products (TFP), a speciality wet-laid nonwoven manufacturer, is exhibiting its broad range of advanced nonwoven materials at Sampe Long Beach to be held in California, US on May 24-25.

TFP will showcase its Optimat and Optiveil ranges of nonwovens for a wide range of applications such as EMI shielding, fire protection, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, electrical conductivity and static dissipation.

Optimat and Optiveil are a range of high performance nonwoven used in both advanced composite applications and are manufactured from short-chopped fibres like carbon, glass, aramid, polyester, thermoplastic and metal coated carbon.

Also on display will be TFP’s lightweight thermoplastic which significantly improve mode-I and mode-II fracture toughness, by up to 160 per cent and 430 per cent respectively, whilst adding minimum weight to the final composite part.

Sampe Long Beach is a conference and exhibition exclusively dedicated to advanced materials and processes. Over 250 exhibiting companies would showcase their products and solutions during the event. To foster new business relationships and global recognition, TFP invites entrepreneurs to meet the company’s representatives in booth no I37 during the event. (NA)
