India has extended the period of anti-dumping duties imposed over imports of nylon filament yarn originating from China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Korea.
According to a notification No. 73/2011 issued by the Indian Customs, India has extended the duration of anti-dumping duties on imports of nylon filament yarn (including less than 67 Tex nylon monofilament, but excluding high-strength nylon monofilament or nylon fishing nets).
The Notice says that unless otherwise announced, the implementation period of anti-dumping duties on these nylon products will extend to November 28, 2011.
