Recently the Ministry of Commerce in China announced implementation of anti-dumping duty ranging between 4-36 percent on imports of Nylon-6 chips from USA, Europe and other countries. This decision is expected to favourably help Guangdong Xinhui Meida Nylon Co.

Guangdong Xinhui Meida Nylon Co. was one of the first producers in China to introduce Nylon-6 technology in the country. Today, it is the biggest nylon-6 manufacturer, with a vertically integrated operation, extending from chips to finished fabrics.

The company has a Nylon-6 chips annual production capacity of 180,000 tons. The government is also planning to ban plastic shopping bags, which in turn is expected to increase demand fo products manufactured by Guangdong Xinhui Meida Nylon Co.
