In Chinese market, Caprolactam prices remained stable around RMB 22,000 / ton, while upstream market continued to have heavy corrections. Due to uncertain future trend, market speculators are avoiding trading.
Nylon chips prices moved down by RMB 200 / ton and new prices assessed around RMB 24,000 / ton.
Nylon POY, FDY and DTY prices remained stable at around RMB 26,900 / ton, RMB 28,200 / ton and RMB 29,600 / ton respectively. Majority of the filament yarn manufacturers have started buying raw material with an improved profit margin.
