Benzene prices move up in Europe last week

Benzene prices rose in Europe in the last week due to tight product availability in the region.

In Europe, average prices went up by US$ 20/ton and assessed at US$ 650/ton in the last week, an increase of 3.17 per cent from the previous week.

Meanwhile, benzene prices went up in US in the last week due to gain in upstream and downstream product prices in the region.

In US, average prices increased by 5 cents/gallon and quoted at 210 cents/gallon in the last week, a rise of 2.44 per cent as compared to previous week.
