Asian benzene prices climb last week

Benzene prices inched higher in Asia in the last week due to insufficient product availability in the region. 
 
In Korea, average prices moved up by US$ 5/ton and secured at US$ 560/ton in the last week, a hike of 0.90 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
 
In Japan, average prices rose by US$ 5/ton and finalised at US$ 580/ton in the last week, a rise of 0.87 per cent as compared to the previous week.
 
In India, average prices increased to US$ 585/ton in the last week, a rise of 0.86 per cent as compared to US$ 580/ton in the previous week.
