Asian benzene prices dip due to lower upstream values

Benzene prices declined in Asia in the last week due to lower upstream energy values in the region.
 
In Korea, average prices went down by US$ 25/ton and assessed at US$ 745/ton in the last week, a fall of 3.25 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
 
In Japan, average prices stepped down by US$ 30/ton to US$ 750/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, after a reduction of 3.85 per cent.
 
In India, average prices edged lower by US$ 30/ton and quoted at US$ 755/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, a decrement of 3.82 per cent.
