Asian benzene prices plunge last week

Benzene prices stepped down in Asia in the last week due to bearish buying sentiments in the region.

In Korea, average prices reduced by US$ 5/ton and assessed at US$ 850/ton in the last week, a drop of 0.58 per cent compared to the previous week.
 
In Japan, average prices went down by US$ 5/ton and quoted at US$ 855/ton in the last week, a fall of 0.58 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
 
In India, average prices edged lower by US$ 5/ton and assessed at US$ 865/ton in the last week, a reduction of 0.57 per cent over the previous week.
