Asian ethylene prices march higher last week

Ethylene prices increased in Asia in the last week owing to bullish buying trend in the region.
 
In Korea, average prices went up by US$ 15/ton and secured at US$ 1220/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, a gain of 1.24 per cent.
 
In Japan, average prices soared by US$ 15/ton and quoted at US$ 1215/ton in the last week, a rise of 1.25 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In SE Asia, average prices increased by US$ 20/ton and recorded at US$ 1155/ton in the last week, an enhancement of 1.76 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In NE Asia, average prices advanced by US$ 40/ton and assessed at US$ 1280/ton in the last week, registering a lift of 3.23 per cent from the previous week.
