Asian ethylene prices plunge last week

Ethylene prices reduced in Asia in the last week due to lower upstream energy rates.
 
In Korean market, average prices moved down by US$ 5/ton and quoted at US$ 1015/ton in the last week, a decrease of 0.49 per cent from the previous week.
 
In Japan, average prices decreased by US$ 5/ton to US$ 1010/ton in the last week, a reduction of 0.49 per cent over the previous week.
 
In SE Asia, average prices went down by US$ 10/ton and quoted at US$ 1020/ton in the last week, a decrease of 0.97 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In NE Asia, average prices went down by US$ 20/ton and quoted at US$ 1050/ton in the last week, a drop of 1.87 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In India, average prices moved down by US$ 10/ton to US$ 1020/ton in the last week, a decrement of 0.97 per cent over the previous week.
