Asian MEG prices surge due to higher upstream energy value

MEG prices increased in Asia in the last week due to higher upstream energy values in the region.
 
In SE Asia, average prices went up by US$ 30/ton and quoted at US$ 800/ton in the last week, a rise of 3.90 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In India, average prices marched higher by US$ 30/ton and assessed at US$ 800/ton in the last week, an increment of 3.90 per cent over the previous week.
 
In China, average prices soared by US$ 30/ton and quoted at US$ 790/ton in the last week, a hike of 3.95 per cent compared to previous week.
