Asian propylene prices decrease prior week

Propylene prices declined in Asia in the last week due to lower upstream energy values in the region.
 
In Korea, average prices reduced by US$ 55/ton and quoted at US$ 1060/ton in the last week, after a drop of 4.93 per cent as compared to the previous week.
 
In Japan, average prices fell by US$ 35/ton and assessed at US$ 1085/ton in the last week, a decrement of 3.13 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
 
In SE Asia, average prices shrunk by US$ 55/ton and recorded at US$ 1025/ton in the last week, as compared to the previous week, a fall of 5.09 per cent.
 
In China, average prices turned down by US$ 75/ton and secured at US$ 1080/ton in the last week, a reduction of 6.49 per cent from the previous week.
