Asian propylene prices lessen last week

Propylene prices declined in Asia in the last week due to poor upstream energy values in the region. 
 
In Korea, average prices reduced by US$ 20/ton and secured US$ 885/ton in the last week, after a drop of 2.21 per cent as compared to the previous week.
 
In Japan, average prices dropped to US$ 860/ton in the last week, a fall of 3.37 per cent over the US$ 890/ton at the end of the previous week.
 
In China, average prices inched down by US$ 20/ton and recorded at US$ 900/ton in the last week, as compared to US$ 920/ton in the previous week.
 
In SE Asia, average prices slipped by US$ 25/ton and assessed at US$ 840/ton in the last week, a reduction of 2.89 per cent compared to previous week.
