Asian PTA prices increase due to improved demand

PTA prices went up in Asia in the last week due to improved product demand in the region.

In FE Asia, average prices improved by US$ 5/ton and quoted at US$ 645/ton in the last week, a rise of 0.78 per cent compared to previous week.

In India, average prices enhanced by US$ 5/ton and assessed US$ 655/ton in the last week, an improvement of 0.77 per cent over the previous week.

In China, average prices surged by US$ 10/ton and quoted at US$ 645/ton in the last week, a hike of 1.57 per cent compared to previous week.
