Bearish product demand pulls down Asian ethylene prices

Ethylene prices decreased in Asia in the last week due to bearish product demand in the region.

In SE Asia, average prices plunged by US$ 10/ton to US$ 980/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, after a reduction of 1.01 per cent.

In NE Asia, average prices went down by US$ 10/ton and assessed at US$ 1135/ton in the last week, registering a fall of 0.87 per cent from the previous week.

In India, average prices reduced by US$ 10/ton and quoted at US$ 980/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, a drop of 1.01 per cent.
