Dull buying sentiments back lower ethylene prices

Ethylene prices moved down in Asia in the last week due to dull buying sentiments in the region.
 
In FE Asia, average prices stepped down by US$ 90/ton and quoted at US$ 1175/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, a drop of 7.11 per cent.
 
In Japan, average prices reduced by US$ 90/ton and assessed at US$ 1170/ton in the last week, a reduction of 7.14 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In SE Asia, average prices edged lower by US$ 35/ton and quoted at US$ 1080/ton in the last week, a decrement of 3.14 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
 
In NE Asia, average prices declined by US$ 80/ton and assessed at US$ 1190/ton in the last week, registering a fall of 6.30 per cent from the previous week.
