Ethylene prices moved up in Asia last week

Ethylene prices moved up in Asia in the last week due to strong buying sentiments in the region.
 
In Korean market, average prices increased by US$ 50/ton and quoted at US$ 1100/ton in the last week, a rise of 4.76 per cent from the previous week.
 
In Japan, average prices marched higher by US$ 50/ton and assessed at US$ 1095/ton in the last week, an enhancement 4.78 per cent over the previous week.
 
In SE Asia, average prices improved by US$ 50/ton and quoted at US$ 990/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, an increase of 5.32 per cent.
 
In NE Asia, average prices boosted by US$ 55/ton and quoted at US$ 1145/ton in the last week, a jump of 5.05 per cent compared to previous week.
