Ethylene prices plunge in Asia last week

Ethylene prices slipped down in Asia in the last week due to sufficient product availability in the region.
 
In Korea, average prices lowered by US$ 35/ton and secured US$ 1105/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, a reduction of 3.07 per cent.
 
In Japan, average prices declined by US$ 35/ton and quoted at US$ 1100/ton in the last week, a decrement of 3.08 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In SE Asia, average prices diminished by US$ 85/ton and recorded at US$ 985/ton in the last week, a fall of 7.94 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In NE Asia, average prices dwindled US$ 85/ton and assessed at US$ 1105/ton in the last week, registering a decline of 7.14 per cent from the previous week.
