Ethylene prices rise in Asian markets last week

Ethylene prices increased in all Asian markets in the last week ending November 13, due to improved downstream market sentiments. 
 
In India, average prices went up by $30/ton and were quoted at $1,050/ton in the last week, showing an increase of 2.94 per cent compared to the previous week ending November 6, 2015.
 
In Korea, average prices were quoted at $990/ton in the last week, up $20/ton or 2.06 per cent over the previous week.
 
In Japan, average prices shot up by $20/ton to $980/ton in the last week, up 2.08 per cent compared to the previous week.
 
In NE Asia, average prices were up by $20/ton to $1025/ton in the last week, an increase of 1.99 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In SE Asia, average prices rose by $30/ton and were quoted at $1,050/ton in the last week, up 2.94 per cent over the previous week. (RKS)
