Favourable market backs higher Propylene prices in Asia

Propylene prices soared in Asia in the last week due to favourable market condition in the region.

In Korea, average prices moved up by US$ 10/ton and assessed at US$ 865/ton in the last week, a growth of 1.17 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.

In China, average prices went up by US$ 5/ton and quoted at US$ 925/ton in the last week, an increase of 0.54 per cent compared to previous week.
