Indian petroleum and skill development minister Dharmendra Pradhan recently lured investors from the plastics and textile industries to take advantage of the benefits being offered by the Indian Oil Corporation for the upcoming polypropylene plant in Odisha. He was inaugurating the ‘Textiles and Plastics Investors Conclave 2018’ in Surat last week.
The conclave was organised on the sidelines of a festival of Odisha organised by an association of native Odiyas in Gujarat.
