Lower upstream energy values pull down Asian PX prices

Paraxylene prices went down in Asia in the last week due to lower upstream energy values in the region.
 
In FE Asia, average prices stepped down by US$ 5/ton and assessed at US$ 815/ton in the last week, a fall of 0.61 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In SE Asia, average prices declined by US$ 5/ton and quoted at US$ 825/ton in the last week, showing a decrement of 0.60 per cent over previous week.
 
In Taiwan, average prices reduced by US$ 15/ton and assessed at US$ 830/ton in the last week, registering a drop of 1.78 per cent from the previous week.
