Mute buying sentiments back lower Asian PX prices

Paraxylene prices went down in Asia in the last week due to dull buying sentiments in the region.

In FE Asia, average prices declined by US$ 30/ton and assessed at US$ 860/ton in the last week, a drop of 3.37 per cent compared to previous week.

In SE Asia, average prices reduced by US$ 30/ton and quoted at US$ 875/ton in the last week, showing a fall of 3.31 per cent over previous week.

In Taiwan, average prices decreased by US$ 20/ton and assessed US$ 890/ton in the last week, a decrement of 2.20 per cent over the previous week.
