Ethylene prices increase in European international market

Paraxylene (PX) prices stayed steady in Asian markets. In the Southeast Asian region, PX prices were stable and were assessed in the range of US$ 1485/ton to US$ 1490/ton. In the Fareast Asian market, PX prices were offered at US$ 1470/ton. Prices of PX imported from Taiwanese market remained stable and were quoted in the range of US$ 1490/ton to US$ 1495/ton.   
           
PTA prices remained unchanged in the Asian region. In the Southeast Asian market, PTA prices were stable and were assessed in the range of US$ 1120/ton to US$ 1125/ton. In the Fareast Asian market, PTA prices were quoted at US$ 1125/ton. Prices of PTA imported from Taiwanese market surged and were assessed in the range of US$ 1120/ton to US$ 1125/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, PTA prices were steady and were quoted in the range of RMB 7775/ton to RMB 7825/ton.   
 
Ethylene prices stayed stable in Asian markets. In the Southeast Asian market, Ethylene prices were quoted in the range of US$ 1290/ton to US$ 1295/ton. In the Fareast Asian region, Ethylene prices were assessed at US$ 1240/ton. In the US market, Ethylene prices increased and were offered in the range of 52.50 cents/pound to 53.00 cents/pound. Ethylene prices increased in the European international market and remained unchanged in the domestic market, and were quoted at US$ 1375/ton and €1070/ton, respectively.  
   
MEG prices remained unchanged in Asian markets. In the Southeast Asian region, MEG prices were stable and were quoted at US$ 1105/ton. In the Chinese international market, MEG prices went down and were offered in the range of US$ 1095/ton to US$ 1100/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, MEG prices increased and were offered in the range of RMB 8125/ton to RMB 8175/ton.
 
In the Southeast Asian region, BG PET Chips prices were steady and were assessed in the range of US$ 1420/ton to US$ 1460/ton and some deals were discussed at around US$ 1410/ton to US$ 1420/ton. In the Fareast Asian market, selling offers stayed stable at US$ 1400/ton to US$ 1440/ton, while talked prices were offered between US$ 1390/ton and US$ 1410/ton. In the Chinese market, BG PET Chips prices remained unchanged and were assessed at RMB 10100/ton.
 
In the Korean market, FG PET Chips prices remained unchanged in the range of US$ 1240/ton to US$ 1270/ton. In Indian market, FOB based prices surged and were quoted in the range of US$ 1290/ton to US$ 1340/ton. In the Chinese market, FG PET Chips prices were steady and were assessed in the range of RMB 9475/ton to RMB 9525/ton.
