Propylene prices rise in Western markets

In Southeast Asian countries, Propylene prices increased by US$ 35/ton and were assessed at US$ 1430/ton. In Korea, prices remained stable at US$ 1400/ton, while in Japan, the prices declined by US$ 10/ton and were quoted at US$ 1390/ton. In the Chinese market, prices were assessed at US$ 1440/ton.
 
In Western markets, Propylene prices rose by € 10/ton. In the North West European domestic market, prices were quoted at € 1120/ton, and deals were mainly concluded in the range of € 1110/ton to € 1130/ton. In the US market, selling offers remained stable at 57.15 cents/pound.
 
Acrylonitrile prices maintained a steady trend in Asian markets. In Southeast and Far East Asian countries, prices were assessed at US$ 1850/ton.
 
In the Chinese domestic market, ASF and Acrylic Tops prices remained unchanged at RMB 18150/ton and RMB 19000/ton, respectively.
