Asian MEG prices dip on dull buying sentiments

In Asia, MEG prices went down, due to bearish buying sentiments on Wednesday. MEG offers declined by US$ 20/ton in the S E Asian market and were offered in the range of US$ 980/ton to US$ 985/ton.

In the Chinese USD market, selling offers for MEG declined by US$ 15/ton yesterday and were offered in the range of US$ 975/ton to US$ 980/ton.

In the Chinese domestic market, selling offers for MEG also dipped and prices were in the range of RMB 7,200 /ton to RMB 7,250/ton. 

Shell nominated its June MEG contract prices for Asian markets at US$ 1060/ton. This price represents a decrease of US$ 20/ton from May levels.

Sabic nominated its June MEG contract prices for Asian markets at US$ 1090/ton. This price represents a decline of US$ 30/ton from May levels.
