Tight availability hikes Asian propylene prices last week

Asian Propylene prices went up by the end of last week ending 12th July. Continued tight product availability resulted in the price rise.

In S E Asia, prices were assessed at US$ 1295/ton on Monday (7th July), which went up by US$ 10/ton by the end of last week and were assessed at US$ 1305/ton.

In Korea, prices were assessed at US$ 1395/ton on Monday which went up to US$ 1415/ton by the end of the week.

Prices in Japan were at US$ 1375/ton which went up by US$ 10/ton to US$ 1385/ton.
